Seaside Mariana

Situated on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua, Seaside Marina is an impressive 920-acre golf and spa resort. Amenities include an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, boutique villa hotel and spa, town center with restaurants and specialty shopping, and beach club. Working closely with the developer and local officials, the plan strongly protected the area’s natural resources and coastline, while integrating a working archeological site. LandDesign's brand development team created a brand reflecting the resort’s five-star amenities while dispelling negative perceptions of the country.
