With a background in land development and early experience preparing due diligence reports, he has developed a keen interest in how zoning intersects with culture. Duncan is passionate about site design and the development process, and values how thoughtful planning and creative solutions can shape spaces that both support and inspire. When he isn't working, Duncan enjoys reading, cooking and baking, music, and CrossFit.
