Reese Shoesmith

Reese is a Designer who finds purpose in creating infrastructure that makes communities safer, more accessible, and more connected. With a background in civil engineering and previous experience in land development, Reese is especially drawn to projects involving greenways, multi-use paths, and other pedestrian-centric spaces that encourage people to engage with their surroundings. He values the real, tangible impact design has on daily life and believes everyone should be able to rely on the systems and spaces that support their communities. Reese is engaged locally through neighborhood community groups, and is an active member of ASCE. Outside of the office, he enjoys woodworking as a creative outlet and—unsurprisingly—will never turn down a Reese’s Cup!
