Anie Delgado, AICP

Anie is Senior Planner who is passionate about shaping environments that bring people together and create meaningful experiences. With expertise in pre-development strategy, site feasibility, and master planning, she has worked across both public and private sectors on projects ranging from themed entertainment to transportation and residential development. Inspired by her travels to 27 countries across six continents, Anie brings a global perspective to her work. Outside of planning, she enjoys reading, crafting, and experimenting with 3D printing, and she stays busy as a private pilot in training, proud dog mom, and Vice President of STEP, a nonprofit supporting women and children in STEM education.
