Ashley Clark, Assoc. AIA

Ashley is a Principal and the Director of Strategic Development and Communications responsible for guiding the firm's marketing and brand strategy. Her passion for practice innovation and change management is informed by a decade of advocacy within the AIA as an emerging professional leader. Ashley's ability to connect dots enables her to identify opportunities at all levels of the organization to advance ideas while maximizing resources, all in service to the firm's strategic priorities. As a mentor and a mom, Ashley leverages her experience in the challenges and successes of each role to improve upon the other, ultimately establishing trust and creating stability to support and encourage her team and children to grow toward their best selves. On top of this, she finds time to activate her design talent by collaborating with her husband in renovating their historic home.
