Jibree'l Little

Jibree’l is a Construction Administrator who is driven by doing the job the right way, every time. He supports projects through clear communication, accountability, and attention to detail. With more than a decade of experience in construction and six years as a construction engineering inspector on NCDOT projects, Jibree'l brings deep expertise in roadway construction across interstate and municipal work. His background spans asphalt, earthwork, pipe, concrete, bridges, full depth reclamation, and striping, providing a strong field-informed perspective that keeps projects organized, accurate, and aligned from design through construction. When he isn’t supporting teams in the field, Jibree’l enjoys working out, exploring new restaurants, and winemaking, with a long-term goal of opening his own winery!
