Tim McCormick, PE

Tim is a Studio Leader who enjoys the problem-solving nature of his work. With experience in urban redevelopment and hospitality projects, he brings a thoughtful approach to creating spaces that are both functional and memorable. Tim has also developed a niche in expert witness testimony and stormwater forensics, adding a unique dimension to his technical expertise. As a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Themed Entertainment Association, he values staying connected to both professional and creative communities. Tim is passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers, and believes that personality and enthusiasm are just as important as assignments when teaching. Outside the office, he enjoys theme parks, trivia nights, and playing piano. A fun fact: he played trombone for 20 years and still teaches marching bands in his spare time.
