The addition of Brian Forster, PE, Chad Kovaleski, PLA, and Eric Pohlmann, PLA is a testament to the significant role each has played in growing their local offices, elevating our design practice, and fostering a strong culture.

Brian Forster, PE joined LandDesign in 2017 and brought with him two decades of experience in the Central Florida land development industry. His relationships with leading brands, such as Walt Disney World and Universal, have expanded the firm’s hospitality portfolio and reinforced our position as a go-to consultant for complex infrastructure projects. Brian’s technical expertise and steadfast leadership have been instrumental in growing a local, integrated practice and positioning LandDesign as a leading consultant firm in Florida.

Joining LandDesign in 2012, Chad Kovaleski, PLA has been an integral part of growing the firm’s hospitality portfolio and strengthening the landscape architecture practice in our Orlando office. With a global portfolio, Chad’s expertise in resort master planning and ability to create landscapes that elevate guest experiences have created new opportunities for LandDesign from Latin America to the Middle East. Chad’s experience working on international projects, including luxury resorts and waterfront destinations, as well as his superb design acumen, have supported LandDesign’s growth as a leader in the hospitality industry and ability to service international clients.
Eric Pohlmann, PLA joined LandDesign in 2012 and has spent his career at the firm leading the visioning, planning, and execution of master planned communities spanning small sites to thousands of acres. From resort destinations to high-end 2nd home communities, Eric works with national developers to set a new standard for experiential living through exceptional amenities and open spaces. Eric’s advocacy for design technologies and practice has advanced our internal tools and training programs to ensure design excellence across the firm.
