We are proud to recognize Amy Eliason, Jeff Mis, Lauren Cline, Cassidy Franklin, Danny Bishop, Alyson Beacham, and Kaitlin Lamontagne for their Senior Leadership promotions.

Amy Eliason, PLA, is a well-rounded landscape architect with a portfolio that spans urban mixed-use development, parks and open spaces, and international resort destinations. Amy’s ability to manage projects at every scale has been instrumental in the success of international projects like The Arena in Diriyah where she led large, cross-office teams with intentionality and collaboration.
Jeff Mis, PLA, brings purpose and passion to the design of public open spaces. He plays a key role in growing our public sector expertise, pursuing new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and elevating the firm’s voice as a speaker at industry events. Jeff’s leadership on projects like Bell Tower Green reflects his ability to craft beautiful spaces and cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and the communities we serve.
Lauren Cline, PLA, is a landscape architect who manages a wide range of projects from master planned communities to urban site developments. In collaboration with our Design Technology and Technical Lead teams, she also advances LandDesign’s technical standards and document practices. This effort involves shaping officewide tools and workflows, testing out new processes and mentoring others in these initiatives. Lauren’s commitment to delivering high-quality work continues to strengthen long-term client relationships.
Cassidy Franklin, PE, is a civil engineer recognized for her technical expertise and multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving. She has established herself as an internal and external resource for design, permitting, and constructability solutions. Cassidy’s leadership on projects like Camp North End is a testament to her ability to manage complex infrastructure projects that connect public and private investment.
Danny Bishop, PE, is a civil engineer with extensive experience leading public infrastructure projects ranging from site and green infrastructure improvements to commercial and affordable housing development. He works with the City of Charlotte to manage small- and large-scale stormwater maintenance contracts that support the sustained growth of the city. Danny is a trusted resource for engineering solutions and an active mentor to the next generation of engineers.
Alyson Beacham brings an entrepreneurial mindset to LandDesign’s Communications team, taking the initiative to lead strategic projects in response to both office and firm growth priorities. Her leadership has shaped our multi-tiered content strategy that advances the firm’s digital brand across social media, public relations, paid advertising, and industry events. Alyson supports Practice Leaders in pursuing work and building client relationships, while mentoring the team in delivering exceptional marketing services across the firm.
Kaitlin Lamontagne is a brand communications leader whose consistency, organization, and attention to detail are essential to delivering a strong and cohesive brand experience. She has led both high-profile and behind-the-scenes initiatives, from the intranet and website to office environments, that shape how LandDesign shows up online and in person. As a manager of people and services, Kaitlin sets the standard for thoughtful execution, balancing creativity with quality across every touchpoint.
