Jim Scanlon, LS, PE, LEED AP

Jim is a Director of Engineering who champions the advancement of LandDesign’s integrated services in the Washington DC region. He combines his experience as a Civil Engineer and Surveyor to provide well-rounded, implementable solutions to the land development projects he leads. With 40+ years of experience working in the public and private sector, Jim serves on several development process subcommittees in Fairfax County, sharing his unique perspective and insight as a trusted design professional. Jim is a Virginia Tech Hokie at heart and a father of five, whom all share his enthusiasm for game day at Lane Stadium.
