Vantage South End, Recognition Award
In Charlotte’s South End, Vantage turns a dense site into a layered urban experience. Sculpted grade changes, beveled landscapes, custom seating, catenary lighting, integrated public art, and shifts in the hardscape contribute to the project’s accessibility and distinct identity.

Bell Tower Green, Merit Award
In downtown Salisbury, Bell Tower Green transforms an asphalt parking lot into a civic park shaped by the community’s past, present, and future. The design draws from local materials, preserved structures, and connections to downtown to create a place for respite, play, and celebration.
LandDesign Director and Salisbury native Allison Merriman, PLA, shares, “Bell Tower Green is the heart of Salisbury now. The namesake bell tower, locally produced pavers, and pink granite slabs pulled from the quarry are details that make the park feel deeply connected to the community. It’s a place people are proud to share.”
