We are proud to recognize Greg Vierkant, ISA, Carrie Read, PLA, and Jason Rostek, PE for their Senior Leadership promotions.

Greg Vierkant, ISA has been the driving force in growing our horticulture practice, collaborating with studios across our five offices on plant design, materials, and horticulture principles. Working on projects from stateside to Saudi Arabia, he aims to improve landscape resiliency to ensure the successful performance of our plantings. Greg leverages his background in landscape architecture and time with the Walt Disney Company to bring together the science of plants with design and construction best practices. As a Director, Greg will continue to grow a horticulture studio that enhances the in-house services LandDesign can offer our clients.
Since joining LandDesign in 2023, Carrie Read, PLA has expanded the firm’s public sector presence in the Central Florida region. Carrie has built a portfolio specializing in signature parks, trail and greenway networks, complete streets, and downtown redevelopment. As a Senior Associate, Carrie will continue to lead a team dedicated to working with municipalities across Florida to strengthen the fabric of their communities through green infrastructure planning and design.

Jason Rostek, PE joined LandDesign in 2023 and has played a pivotal role in strengthening the firm’s civil engineering expertise in the Central Florida region. Jason has extensive experience managing complex, large-scale land development projects, bringing an enthusiastic energy that clients respond to. As a Senior Associate, Jason will continue to lead and mentor a civil engineering studio, support local recruitment efforts, and assist with day-to-day operations.
