LandDesign has been shaping communities across Colorado for nearly a decade. Now, with a new office in the heart of RiNo, we’re making our expertise even more accessible to clients, collaborators, and communities across the Front Range and beyond. This move signals more than a change in address. It’s a message to our clients and collaborators: we’re here, we’re invested, and we’re in it for the long haul.
Colorado isn’t a market you step into. It’s a community you grow with. And that’s why we’re showing up in a bigger way. For 47 years, our firm has been built on a simple belief: do great work with people you enjoy working with. This belief has shaped not just our culture, but the way we grow, with trusting relationships at the core.
This same mindset guides the leadership of our Denver office. At the helm is Managing Partner, Brent Martin, PLA, who has been with LandDesign for 28 years and sets the tone for a team rooted in purpose and creativity. By his side are Directors Julie Meenan Eck, PLA and David Brehm, PLA, each bringing a unique skill set that strengthens our Colorado practice.
Julie has expanded our design and planning capacity with more than 30 years deeply embedded in the Colorado market. She has led projects of all types, from healthcare to open space, commercial to residential developments, guiding them from entitlements and approvals through design and construction. David has 40 years of experience, knowledge, and relationships in the region, expanding our land planning and entitlements capabilities. His expertise makes us a stronger partner to our clients in realizing projects from vision to approval and through implementation. Lauren McKissack rounds out the team, amplifying our relationship-building efforts and leveraging her background in the real estate industry to connect LandDesign with the right opportunities.
From our office in RiNo sits a team of creative planners and landscape architects eager to support clients in creating places that matter–places that respond to the needs of growing communities, reflect local identity, and address the environmental challenges facing Colorado. From urban infill to open space, hospitality to healthcare, we bring a wide range of design expertise across markets and project types, supporting clients at every scale and every stage of the process.
Colorado isn’t just any market. It’s creative, candid, and unapologetically selective about who it lets in. And we get that, because our story has always been shaped by relationships. We grow by teaming up with clients we believe in and communities we care about. That’s why we’re committed not only to Denver, but to every Colorado community we serve. We’re not here to take over: we’re here to team up. To champion smart growth, advocate for resilient design, and be the kind of partner who shows up, sticks around, and helps bring meaningful places to life.
Stop by. Reach out. Let’s connect.
Whether you have a project in mind or just want to say hey, we’d love to hear from you. We’re excited to grow relationships across Colorado, one meaningful place at a time.
